What is the low order tax?

The low order tax is a one of charge of £1 for any orders under £10.00, e.g. an order for £9.99 or below will get a low order tax charge but an order for £10.00 or above will not! *the low order tax is none refundable.

I have placed an order but the items I have chosen are out of stock, how long will I have to wait:

Due to the fact that rcmodleimports import all items from Hong Kong and the USA, delivery time can sometimes take a couple of weeks but we do our best to get items in as fast as possible.

I have not received my order:

Most products are usually delivered in 3-5 working days following receipt of payment (if item is in stock). Occasionally due to postal delays they can take longer. I have to allow up to 17 days before I am able to start tracing lost parcels, unfortunately I cannot do anything for you until this time has expired. Please contact me if you do not receive your item(s) after this period so I can help to retrieve your goods. I apologise for any delay.

I have received duplicates in my order:

Please return the duplicated item unopened to the address below via recorded delivery. As soon as I receive the item I will refund your postage. I apologise for the inconvenience, if you have any problems please do not hesitate to contact me.

My goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit:

Please return the item(s) to the address below via recorded delivery including a copy of the invoice and a small note explaining the reason of return. FAULTY GOODS HAVE TO BE RETURNED WITHIN 28 DAYS. As soon as I receive the item(s) and it has been fully tested I will either refund your payment or send a replacement. I apologise for the inconvenience, if you have any problems please do not hesitate to contact me.

How do I work out what parts I need for my RC Car?:

There several ways. In most cases your rc car should have come with an instruction manual and within the manual will be a breakdown section, this should give you the names of all the parts on the car and where they go. If this is not the case please do not hesitate to contact me with some details, i.e. the type of car you have and what you are trying to do to it, then I shall endeavor to help you. Also if you go to any forum on the internet you may find what you need there.

What kind of items will rcmodelimports not ship?:

Flammable items such as spray paint and fuel will not be sold at the present moment.

Can I order items which are not online?:

Yes you can! All we need is the brand name and model plus an item code (if possible), these can be obtained from the manufacturers website, then send it in an e-mail to sales@rcmodelimports.co.uk .

Do rcmodelimports have a refund policy?:

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.

How much is Postage and Packaging?:

P&P is free on all items but only within the UK and EU, if you want to order out side of the UK and EU then please e-mail me for details.
