Shipping of all products on this site is free within the UK and EU unless otherwise stated, if you live outside the UK or EU and wish to purchase items please e-mail sales for more details before buying or paying for goods. Sales .

All goods are usually shipped within 48hrs* of your order being placed and paid for (no goods will be sent until full payment is received), please remember if paying by cheque that this can take up to 10 days to be dealt with as payment must clear before any goods are dispatched. *Note: the above shipping times are based on all your order being in stock.

All the items you ordered will ether be carefully packed in a cardboard box with foam/bubble wrap or in bubble envelopes or wrapped in bubble wrap with waterproof paper for protection .

Low order Tax:

The low order tax is a one of charge of £1 for any orders under £10.00, e.g. an order for £9.99 or below will get a low order tax charge but an order for £10.00 or above will not! *the low order tax is none refundable.

Returns:

Please note that due to the fact that most items we sell are imported from other countries we must ask that you keep all packaging and any instructions as you will need them when returning any faulty goods.

Should you receive damaged goods due to the post office please contact us straight away.

If you have received faulty good please e-mail sales or return the item to the address below via recorded delivery including the invoice and a small note explaining the reason of return. FAULTY GOODS HAVE TO BE RETURNED WITHIN 28 DAYS. As soon as we receive the item and it has been fully tested we will either refund your payment or send a replacement. We apologise for the inconvenience. All goods must be in their original condition, if you have any problems please do not hesitate to contact us.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE SEND ALL RETURNS RECORDED DELIVERY ONLY . The maximum reimbusement for any recorded delivery item returned for a refund or replacement will be £4.00. Please note that our returns policy is only valid for 28 days from receipt of goods.

Items ordered in error must be returned unopened otherwise we can not offer a refund

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
